All information is stored securely and confidentially. Paper records are kept in a locked cabinet, and digital records are protected by passwords and secure devices. Only the therapist has access to your information.

  • It is required by law or in the case of a medical emergency

  • Referral to another healthcare professional is agreed upon


Retention of Records

Client records are kept for a minimum of 7 years, as required by insurance providers and professional guidelines. After this period, they will be securely destroyed.
