A natural, holistic approach to menopause
Menopause is one of the most significant transitions in a woman's life — and yet so many women are left to navigate it alone, feeling unheard and unsupported. Symptoms that profoundly affect daily life, relationships and sense of self are often dismissed or simply managed with medication.
Menopause Reflexology offers something different. It is a bespoke, evidence-informed approach that works with your body's own systems to ease symptoms, restore hormonal balance, and help you feel like yourself again — gently, naturally, and without side effects.
Each session is entirely personalised. I work with you to understand your unique symptom picture — what is happening, when, and how severely — and tailor every treatment accordingly. No two sessions are the same, because no two women's experiences of menopause are the same.

What is Menopause Reflexology?
Menopause Reflexology is a specialist form of reflexology that uses precise, targeted pressure on specific reflex points on the feet — points that correspond directly to the endocrine system, the hormonal glands, the nervous system, and the organs most affected during menopause.
The treatment works by stimulating the body's natural regulatory systems — encouraging the endocrine glands (including the ovaries, adrenals, thyroid and pituitary) to rebalance and function more effectively. It supports the body in adapting to the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause with greater ease and less distress.
Unlike standard foot reflexology, each Menopause Reflexology session is structured around your specific symptoms on that particular day. This means the treatment evolves week by week as your body responds and your symptoms shift.
Suitable if you are on HRT or not. Menopause Reflexology works alongside conventional medical treatment and can be a powerful complement to HRT — or a standalone support for those who cannot or choose not to take it.
Perimenopause
The transition period — often beginning in your 40s, when ovaries gradually produce less oestrogen causing irregular periods and hormonal fluctuations.
Reflexology can ease the transition and reduce the severity of emerging symptoms.
Menopause
The natural, permanent end of menstruation and fertility diagnosed after 12 months without a period.
Reflexology provides sustained, cumulative support — most clients see significant change within 3–4 sessions.
Post-menopause
Two or more years after the last period. While many acute symptoms lessen, many women find symptoms persist into post-menopause.
Reflexology supports long-term hormonal balance, energy, sleep and emotional wellbeing.
